We purchased Willow Tree House from Alaska Development - 2 years ago after much searching for our ideal home! What a find: On the edge of the village, set back from the road, brand new and built to extremely high specifications & materials and perfect in every way! We knew as soon as we walked into the house - it was not “a normal run of the mill new build”. Air source heating, a solid oak porch, staircase etc! The colours of the kitchen fittings had been tastefully chosen and likewise the flooring and paintwork! All the finish of the build was to a very high standard. A pack of all materials used and all useful information re appliances with phone numbers was left for us which we very much appreciated!

The owner's Sam & Paul were both very approachable and helpful when it came to any questions we had regarding the property and also amenable when we requested for eg a wood burner to be installed + built-in wardrobes! They have since returned and willingly sorted out one or two very minor issues as well as being on the end of the phone with any queries we have had.
